  • How to clarify the behaviors that your supervisor would like to see you develop
  • Setting clear goals and check-ins with your boss to ensure you develop the skills
  • What to do when you disagree with your manager’s feedback

The goal of this talk is to help make the “gift of feedback” into the performance-enhancing tool it was always meant to be.
