Why All The Clothespins?
I know what you're thinking: Is this some kind of terrible joke about women doing laundry?
Nope! Our Famous WIMDI Clothespinsâ„¢ come from our in-person events. We use 'em to attach our nametags (without snagging our hair and fancy business shirts with pins and sticky tape). Pretty smart, right?
They're WIMDI's symbol of how we adapt not-a-perfect-fit business practices to our unique needs -- with a fun twist!

I had a feeling my raise this year wouldn't be as much as I deserved. So I attended WIMDI's Owning Your Performance Review talks and used what I learned to prepare for my review.
During my review, when my manager offered me my raise, I politely explained to them that it wasn't adequate. Then explained my value, my worth, and clearly defined the value I create for the company. They tripled my original raise amount!
