This talk will focus on the ways your greatness can be used for triumph (and the pitfalls you might experience along the way). We’ll cover:
- What you can do to discover and nurture your own greatness
- Using your greatness to create meaningful impact
- How an unhealthy relationship with your greatness can hold you back
- Becoming your own greatness cheerleader
The goal of this talk is to help you understand, love and leverage the innate greatness that is in you!

Her multifaceted educational and work journey (thus far) includes engineering, sales, customer service, and human resources. She is passionate about using a strengths-based approach to help others realize their full potential in life – providing coaching, training and facilitation to all levels and types of individuals, teams, and organizations through my consulting practice. Time and time again she has personally experienced and witnessed powerful and productive outcomes when greatness (which we all have) is acknowledged and leveraged!
Fun fact – She also has a passion for fashion and is starting a creative project to design her first upcycle/recycle project.
