Stepping Into Your Greatness

This is a talk about owning your greatness for skeptical engineers. If you're anything like us, the concept of "greatness" sounds like a bunch of "The Secret" -adjacent bullsh*t, but it’s something you need to pay attention to if you work in a male-dominated industry. When everybody else is pre-programmed to doubt your competency, leadership and technical skills, stepping into your greatness is an essential but overlooked component to achieving your goals.

This talk will focus on the ways your greatness can be used for triumph (and the pitfalls you might experience along the way).

Judith Rowe

Her multifaceted educational and work journey (thus far) includes engineering, sales, customer service, and human resources. She is passionate about using a strengths-based approach to help others realize their full potential in life – providing coaching, training and facilitation to all levels and types of individuals, teams, and organizations through my consulting practice. Time and time again she has personally experienced and witnessed powerful and productive outcomes when greatness (which we all have) is acknowledged and leveraged!

Fun fact – She also has a passion for fashion and is starting a creative project to design her first upcycle/recycle project.
