About Our Speaker


Trisha Neogi

HR Consultant and Compensation Lead

Taking the approach of modern HR, Trisha leverages her passion for service design and her data-driven mindset to understand how people work, collaborate, and find validation in their role.

By day, Trisha is Bright+Early's resident compensation lead and has developed a proprietary methodology of how companies can approach pay. In addition to her consulting work, Trisha is a frequent speaker on how companies can build equitable compensation strategies. In addition, Trisha provides 1:1 coaching, where she helps individuals find validation and fulfilment in their careers.

By night, Trisha is an Inclusive Design graduate student at OCAD University, focusing her research on building out equitable compensation strategies in a high-tech world.

Fun Fact, Trisha is a big time outdoor enthusiast and believes in making outdoor adventuring accessible for marginalized community members. In collaboration with local Toronto hiking groups, she plans an annual community camping event that is meant to introduce marginalized folks to camping.
