Women's Invisible Anger

The experience of being a woman today is an endless catch-22. There are rules upon rules for how we’re meant to behave, all of them conflicting and utterly anger inducing. The only problem? We’re not supposed to show anger. So instead it goes underground and gives you stress ulcers, TMJ, and spontaneous tears in your boss’ office. Yikes!

This talk will focus on women’s anger – a basic and essential emotion made invisible in our daily lives – and the effect of us being disconnected from it.

Talk Outline

You’ll get:

  • The “rules” we have about women’s anger as a society
  • How & why women’s anger gets minimized
  • The revolutionary power of feeling and expressing your anger

The goal of this webinar is to help you understand the constraints that shape your relationship with anger.
