Talk Outline:
This talk will focus on giving you a take-a-step-up blueprint for VP roles. We’ll cover:
- The skills needed in VP roles
- How organizational context influences expectations and responsibilities
- What “good” looks like at the VP level
- What skills you should be working on to prepare yourself for a higher level job
The goal of this talk is to teach you what is required at the VP level and how to move up.
