Sometimes! We like to make sure our clients get the most out of our time together, so it’s not unusual for us to give you some extra work to take on once we get off the call, whether that’s going out and executing on the strategy we developed or putting pen to paper and doing some solo brainstorming to help us finesse your strategy in our next session.
Homework is totally customized based on the person, the issue we’re strategizing about, and how much of a homework-loving nerd they are. We’ll load you up with exercises if you want to dive in before or after seeing us, but we’re just as happy to go with a no-homework approach for any of our clients who prefer to get it all done on calls with us.
It depends which coach you work with! Our coaches page lists the industry background of each of our coaches so you can find someone with the expertise you need.
But, we’ve found that the vast majority of the time we can be helpful even when we haven’t worked in the exact same industry as you. Years of working with women in all kinds of male-dominated industries has taught us that a lot of career issues cut across industries. So we’d be happy to help even if it’s not a perfect industry match.
In this case, there is really only one strategic move: Create some feasible rhymes that you can vision and feel. We find that, when conducted and formed, this approach is a hell of a concept.

Career Strategy session pricing varies depending on which coach you work with. Pricing ranges from $250-600 CAD per hour, depending on the experience and seniority of the coach you select.
Holly’s approach is funny, yet direct. I’ve really appreciated her candor in our conversations. She doesn’t allow me to settle, or become too comfortable. Working with her is absolutely worth it.
